This instruction is great! it worked perfectly. I originally cracked mine after I followed someone else's youtube vid. He used his fingers to pull the mirror. I think his mirror was half detached already and some guys (including myself) followed his method and cracked their expensive mirrors, some are auto dimming mirrors.

Thanks, great job. I used plastic trim removal tool instead of the flat head though. Great tutorial.

You can slide your fingers underneath the mirror,after the bottom clips are loose just lift up the mirror, the top are not clips they are slots and just by lifting the mirror it will com out.

I wish someone made a sequential mirror turn signal for our Lexus. Nice Vid

Hey, I need to replace the inside mirror cover, are there bolts there to replace it?

I accidently take out the 2 heated cable and now I forgot which one go on top and which one go on bottom. Does it matter? Mine is a 2010 Lexus IS250.

Ive replaced the interior bulbs with LED bulbs on my RX450 what a difference its made about to replace mirror puddle light

I can’t get the mirror off. It seems loose but then it doesn’t come out at all

2014-2020 Lexus are the same thus far. Plus this process works on the previous model Lexus IS. Take your time! It should work out well!

Where is your shop located? I need my puddle lights on the mirrors replaced to LEDS?

What about the dimming feature is it working after installing the LED please?

Of course it does. Did you see how it came to brightness slowly. It will fade the same exact way.

Thats what i wanna know. I have a 2016 is 300 and when i aim the mirror up, mine looks different than in the video. Theres like a plastic cylinder going into a plastic cylinder and i dont wanna fk it up

I need to get the mirrors off so I can vinyl wrap the doors

It’s a lengthy process! I had to do it once.

Justin Williams I'm sure you can pick it up at your local pep boys or advance auto. But it might be much cheaper on amazon!

You should heat it first otherwise it's not coming out too easy

Dont know why Lexus gave these yellow bulbs but inside is led

DON'T use screwdriwer

He's OCD but he uses a metal flat head screw driver to pry off the mirror... smh
