Lewin’s Change Theory - UnFreeze, Change, ReFreeze Method

Lewin’s Change Theory looks at the way that we behave and change in organizations. In this theory, Kurt Lewin shares a specific model of change called the Unfreeze-Change-Freeze model. Lewin’s Change Theory is one of the social psychologist’s most important contributions to the field.

A feedback If you make the rate of speech a bit slow it would be easier for us to grab it fast. With fast speech, I am not able to grasp the content but only see it. A lot of information is thrown at my brain within a few seconds and I am not able to process it well. I guess even others might also be facing this. Otherwise, your videos are amazing, and love your content!👌😄

Exactly why lewins equation ties into my studies of alchemy and psychology. Carl Jung talks a lot about transmutation and I have built my personal theories with that context in mind and ties heavily into personality theory and different therapy methods like CBT and DBT.

You can apply Lewin's Change Management Model to personal change by following these steps: 1. Unfreezing: Start by identifying the change you want to make in your life. Create awareness about why this change is necessary and what benefits it will bring. Reflect on any resistance you might have and find ways to overcome it. Set clear goals and create a sense of urgency to motivate yourself to make the change. 2. Changing: Take action to implement the change. Break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps and start working towards them. Stay flexible and open to adjustments as you progress. Seek support from friends, family, or professionals if needed to help you stay on track. 3. Refreezing: Once you've made the change, focus on reinforcing it and making it a permanent part of your life. Celebrate your successes and acknowledge the progress you've made. Develop habits and routines that support the change and integrate it into your daily life. Regularly review your progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the change sticks. By following these steps, you can effectively implement personal change using Lewin's Change Management Model.

Remember...that an org5anization in democracy is repersented by political rules or laws. As long they are not repected the folks loose th6eir motivation for organization. When leading have no common values and motivation for workers than is the faulte of management or corrution. They can no longer be there- in a place where the process of learning or evolution is frozen by old leading methods that bring no profitabilty for anyone. Think at human labor force as an asset to your existentialism. Who wants to work in what circumstances and wh6at are the gains?
