I can't lower the blinds for anything!!! They are permanently UP!
This is actually false advertisement. They do not cut the blinds at the store. They send it off and it takes about 2-3 weeks to get it back. At least at my Lowe's, that's how they do it.

They do cut in store. Although my person cut them wrong and they were too short. Had to mcguyver it
