Leviathan is a steel roller coaster in the Medieval Faire section of the park at Canada's Wonderland in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. It is the first roller coaster designed by Swiss firm Bolliger & Mabillard to exceed a height of 91.5 metres (300 ft), putting it in a class of roller coasters commonly referred to as giga. At 1,672 metres (5,486 ft) long, 93.3 metres (306 ft) tall, and with a top speed of 148 kilometres per hour (92 mph), Leviathan is the tallest and fastest roller coaster in Canada, taking the records previously held by Behemoth on the opposite side of the park. As of 2018, Leviathan is ranked as the ninth-tallest roller coaster in the world and the fourth-tallest traditional lift-style coaster in the world. It was the 16th roller coaster to be built at Canada's Wonderland and the ride's track was completed in February 2012, with the first test run being completed on 15 March 2012. The coaster opened to season pass holders on 27 April 2012, and to the general public on 6 May 2012.

I've watched hundreds of roller coaster videos and this looks like the best rollercoaster I ever seen. I need to visit this place in Canada. 😃😃 My favorite roller coaster is the Magnum XL-200 at Cedar point.

One time, I had to sit at the very back if this ride. It's not because I wanted to, the ride agent told me to sit there. Does anyone know why they tell me and other people where to sit? If so, please reply.

It’s so that they can expedite the ride operations by having more patrons fill up the train, instead of sending out trains with empty seats. While this is highly effective, I feel that guests should be able to choose seats, especially when someone is terrified of rides and prefer to sit near the front (where it’s less forceful).

@@sampotassium15 But that's not the point. Every time I go there, the agent keeps telling me where to sit and I have a feeling that if I say "I prefer to sit towards the front," they will say "No, you get what you get. This is not a grocery store." I 100% guarantee that that's what the ride agent will say.

This ride is one of B&M's best I will say that. Yes not as good as Fury, but I mean how else do you fit a coaster in that kind of space? B&M did the best they could and I say they succeeded.
