You realize that when Levi was able to kill at the same time the more than 20 titans that Zeke turned in the forest in less than a minute while Mike died when he fell from a house and was attacked by only 3 titans. In summary: the power of most soldiers is a 2/10 Mike's was a 4/10 and levi's is a 10/10

She's second best or maybe be third best when it comes to fighting using the gear ......hanges is a mystery as her power scaling is all over the place due to her personality if titans are thrown into the mix still I think Levi would be the most powerful in the Anime till S3 part2 I dunno about 4th season but Mikasa in the anime untill now isn't anywhere near Levi ....after the time skip tho I don't really know
