Hola Juana! Los bizcochuelos los preparo el dia anterior a que los valla a cortar, eso ayuda mucho. También una vez rellenos los dejo una media hora en la heladera, cuando están fríos hacen menos miga. Y también… limpio constantemente para que se vea todo lo mas limpio posible en el video 🫣🫣
