Can you get up on the mountain in the middle with Roc or Underworld maybe?

Roc can fly over. Underworld cna only be cast on a buildable terrain. Rocky, Icy, Water are not buildable

The original game had buildable high ground, making Roc\cat siege's nearly undefenseable, I'm sure that was changed in voobly.
