That’s really good service.. I had the same problem with the earth and skin tones too i should have got in contact with them too my box is the same as yours maybe they were older stock.

That is good service! I just received my first Tooli paint pens, the wildflower and Southwestern sets. I already used them in a couple of books, and to write my name on my mug. I’m impressed so far. I haven’t cleaned the nibs though. Do you clean after every use? I Just wiped on a wet cloth.

Yes just wipe them that must be enough! My new paintpens still working great so i think it was a default set. 🤗💕

I definately have a love hate relationship with mine. I enjoy using them but really do not have the patience to clean them everytime I use them ! So many of mine are clogged or dont work anymore.

You might want to keep an eye out for the video i will have planned for the 15th of july😉 i found new paint pens that are even better then posca! Great flow and realy opaque 🤗💕
