To answer Casey's question, yes, it is a mustache, it's just that Noise's lines mix with his outlines, so the stache looks like it's coming from behind his head.

I think it's his hair actually, since his ranks were updated. They used to have a thicker outline which looked to be his mustache, however now it was removed from coming from the nose. It also was possible to make it look like his mustache was coming from his nose, as seen in earlier sprites The boss portraits are inaccurate, before you talk about them.

they can also probably be seen as whiskers as a stylistic choice to match with his chaotic and animalistic tendencies, kind of like a feline in some ways honestly

about Noise's mustache, it is actually his mustache. in one of his idle animations, he takes off his hat which reveals his extremely handsome face (his hat also goes over his face and not just on his head, so technically it's like a mask) and the hat squishes his nose and moves his mustache hairs to where they're usually seen and makes it look like they're not connected to his nose like how actual mustaches are

i think my favorite thing about the noise update is how this will effect modded characters. with the way modders make custom game intros, replacing peppino in the save select screen, and fully replacing him in the level title cards, it feels like the creators of the game are saying "that's dope, but you _can_ give yourself less work"

Ian comes back to Pizza Tower after a few months and what does he do? Oh you know, he just plays as the Noise and GETS A FRICKING P-RANK ON THE FIRST TRY?! LETS GO IAN!

I'd say I can't believe you got a first try P-rank but this is Ian we're talking about. Can't wait to see everything!

FYI, since you guys seemed to be wondering, the move set that The Noise has in this update wasn’t an idea prior to Pizza Tower’s release. The 2 early versions of playable Noise was one with a very different move set to the final one in the update, and one that’s just the same as Peppino’s.

Crazy to think how PT introduced me to you guys almost a year ago, for it to come full circle. So glad to be a Pizza Pal and stay for you guys and everything else. 💖 Edit: Omg, of course Ian P rank 1st try, given he can be skilled if he want to be (looking back to the Hallow Knight gameplay) BLGQOTD: It's a mustache, if you look at Noise's boss portraits. Anywhere else, It's just a cartoon logic for it to stick out in the side.

some interesting change: the combo ghost's clothes changes if you're going for a P-rank (yellow clothes means you dropped your combo)

Hey yall did you know that after you beat the game with noise if you jump of of the top of the tower before the final boss you will fall into peppino's house and unlock co-op/swap mode once you use his do to leave the house

God, I really want you guys to just do all the levels as The Noise. Pizza Tower is my 2nd favorite series you guys have done, and any excuse to play this game more is good.

YES! I was hoping y'all would cover this update! It's quite the fun ride :D

Watched the original Pizza Tower playthrough and loved every minute of it! So happy to hear you guys are back for The Noise! He rocks. I'm not sure of your policy on "backseating", and if you want I can edit this section out, BUT I wanted to drop a few tips for future reference in the event you both want to get all of the new costumes this update has to offer. In my opinion it is much harder to stumble across these on your own in comparison to the base game's costume roster, so I figured a heads up on a select few would be appreciated? But maybe I'm being presumptuous with that. Regardless, what I'll say for right now: - In the event you choose to showcase what happens when you get a D-Rank, doing so in John Gutter will net you some fresh drip. (There is technically a timer on it but it's not too strict, I think.) - Next time you're going for a P-Rank, try to max out your taunts at the door without dropping the combo at the end of Lap 2! (I'd advise leaving an enemy nearby to maximize the time you have, this oen's a little hard.) - On each boss, there's a costume you can unlock if and only if you beat the boss without wasting any bombs. This means any bomb you launch has to hit the boss and explode. Hitting any obstacles or enemies that are not the boss (unless said bomb hits the boss at the same time) is a wasted bomb. [Pepperman's statues are an exception because obviously you need to hit those to hit him.] Your rank does not affect whether or not you get these clothes, so trying for P-Rank while doing this is ill-advised, although I obviously can't stop you if you choose to do so! These are tough to go for, so you don't have to worry too much about it until the "collectibles endgame", as it were, but it's a fun bonus challenge to these bosses we know and love if you wish to embark upon it! Very sorry for the long winded comment, I hope I'm not coming off as rude giving this advice out! I genuinely don't know how important the costumes are (if at all) to you guys, but in the event you did want to get as many as possible I thought some pointers could be helpful. Regardless, I'm really looking forward to the rest of this playthrough, you both have such a fun vibe with every game you play and I think it's awesome! Much love and take care!

I'm so excited for this. Considering how many animations would have to have been made, I'm surprised it's been released so soon. Definitely enjoying all the new animations, new music, and especially the new commentary.

What a welcome surprise! Pizza Tower is always a win! I've been advocating for more BLG Sonic playthroughs(Unleashed is a must-play if you're able to get an modern Xbox since emulating it is super difficult, X Shadow Generations is coming out this Autumn, Lost World is available on PC, A Forces let's play by Casey would be fire, a revisit to the Adventure games would be cool too, etc...), but, out of all of them, please play Project 06 eventually! This fangame Remake of Sonic 2006 is an absolute masterpiece, I know you'll love it, especially if you get into the S Rank grind!

When you get to fake peppino, let him catch you during the chase

Here are some cool things to note about this update: -They actually changed the little ghost guy next to the combo meter to be purple whenever you're on your first combo. -The Pizza Grannies have some unique dialogue for Noise. -Noise turning into a "racoon" is actually him going snorkeling in the pizza. -After you beat the final boss as Noise, be sure to go back in their door and look around. There might be something special waiting.

To answer how many ways people will come back to play the game there is modding and a level editor that people can play around.

The Noise has been planned as a playable character is early as 2019 I believe. He was scrapped in 2022, before the final level designs were finished. The devs are just that goated that the new noise moveset works with the final game flawlessly
