Wow! Awesome interview! I’m applying for the non experienced air traffic control in June 2022. Thank you for this interview I learned a lot and it really gave me a push bc I was worried that there isn’t many females but I’ve been doing my research and I think I’ve found that women are definitely getting more into the field. Just praying that all goes well! Wish me luck! I’m wondering if you get out into a facility or maybe you get an option for a few cities you might be interested in? You have to be hired by the FAA by age 31 as there is mandatory retirement for controllers at age 56.
