About the JSR Special School
The JSR Residential School, also known as the Janet Sheed Roberts Residential School, is a special needs school located in the village of Basai, Uttarakhand, India. It was built in partnership between the U.S.R. Indu Samiti, a local NGO, and the Lotus Flower Trust. The school caters to children between the ages of 6 and 16 with various disabilities, ranging from cerebral palsy to Down's syndrome.
