The best part is that probably does occur to him. But being Superman he doesn't see himself as any higher than an average joe on the street. Just a farmboy from Kansas doing what he believes is right.

I don't see nothing wrong with it. I think the problem is, is that we peaked.

The actual fight was pretty short but thanks to that lil monologue it just barely made the whole thing the usual length of DB fights. So Future Spider-Man vs Batman beyond is still the fastest DB in the series.

The interesting thing is that he didn't directly kill anyone in this fight and it was basically all homelander. He might not have been doing it intentionally but he really didn't end up killing anyone he didn't mean to.

I feel like maybe it could've been longer but A. they can't talk more about the two character qise (go in depth as they did with Reverse Flash) because they are hiding behind super turbo spoilers, and B. I imagine the handdrawn/in-house animation style is a bit harder/longer to do rather than 3D or sprite fights.

I loved this fight a lot even though it was short it was still fun the next time I have no idea who’s going to win because I don’t know either characters

in this case I dont mind the fight being short because it shows how much stronger omni man was. To him it was just teaching a kid a lesson. He wasnt even trying.
