Just so you all know, the smoke that smoke leaves when he tries to cancel the special it is not safe AT ALL, if you ever see someone doing it over and over start just pushing any button and you will punish him real hard. The mayor strength Smoke has its his invisibility, without it he isn't a great character but I believe he is meant to be played that way, because literally he is the definition of a 50/50 character without any specials or EX's.
