5:49 I had same problem the solution is minimize the game and open the emc software turn the wheel upto 0 degree and we can add maximum 4 button in liye version so we can use paddle shifter or sequel shifter

Thanks, bro. I got it. I can see that his diagram connects the buttons to the GND - digital pins. so that's why I am saying we cannot use buttons through the lite version. but after you said that I would short the digital pins one by one then I found three useful buttons.

@@zudumalli you can use the 4 buttons are 2-5 and I cannot tell the connection because I am beginner in ardunio😶‍🌫 but there is video about it and the button never shows in lite software . It shown only in windows joystick control section. Your videos inspired me to create something thanks for your Tutorial ❤‍🔥

Saya sudah lama menggunakan EMC lite, tidak pernah ada kendala, mungkin karna punya saya non ffb 😂 Tapi ada beberapa kemungkinan anda mengalami masalah seperti itu, belt longgar, pulley tidak mencengkram dengan baik pada as roda kemudi, kualitas encoder buruk. Agar lebih awet dan tenaganya kuat anda bisa menggunakan motor dinamo sekuter listrik misalnya my6812, dan ganti as roda yang lebih besar agar lebih baik menahan putaran dan pulley tidak bergeser. Itulah info yang saya dapat dari komunitas😅 Saya tunggu update selanjutnya 👏🏽💪🏻

I don't think the torque is enough. But another thing happened, this truck turns off the engine and when using the wheel config, the wheel feels tight (realistically) but nothing happened in the EMC and after turning it about 50 degrees, it started spinning like in this video. This also happened with Assetto Corsa

Good afternoon! I built a similar sim wheel, but on the EMC utility lite software the steering is inverted. I tried inverting the encoder wires, it worked but the ffb went crazy. Do you know what can I do? I'm researching in the internet but i haven't found anything useful yet.

try inverting the motor driver wire (10,9 pin)

I want to ask because you have been using it for a long time. Was the rs 775 motor enough for you? Were you able to solve the heating problem completely with the fan? Would you consider buying a larger dc motor?

Use 895 motor for more torque , increase torque and decrease rpm with either gear or belt.

honestly enough for me. but it depends on the power supply and weight of the steering wheel and its width. I use a 12v 20A power supply and a 300g Steering wheel. wheel width 10.5 Inch

my potentiometers fluctuates rapidly if i use smps but does not if i use laptop charger ...any ideas what could be the problem??

Does your SMPS power supply have an earth wire? Check it is properly connected.
