Joseph, it is actually common here that people will wave at you while you are driving through a subdivision even if they don't know you. It is the southern hospitality.

I really liked this neighborhood, just more inviting to live in.

This is my favorite home of all. I can see myself living there.

every detail of this homes interior is different and stunning. the brick in the living room, the high ceiling, and the lighting is mesmerizing. the only con would be the masters bedroom being on the first floor since it would bother me to sleep so far from my kids. other then that, dreamy home😍

Hi There Janice! I love the new intro music. This model home is gorgeous and very well staged. I love the warm colors, especially the dark grey (I think) wainscotting panels matching the wood frames. The backyard is big and also beautiful. Loved it ❤ Take care and have a great week!

I love this house. I've kind of gotten away from standalone houses and have invested more interest in townhouses but this one is nice and is cheaper than some of the townhomes I've seen.

Hi Ms. Carter! *_*Waving!*_* As always, I love this tour but whew! There were SOOOOooooo many options! I think I heard the sound of an old fashion cash register every time I saw one (and there were plenty!). Which leads me to ask 1 related question .... When does Fischer allow prospective buyers to have an option price sheets?Are they the kind of builder that is open about option prices will they only allow you to have it AFTER a purchase agreement is signed? I ask because by the time we deal with the PITI and the lot premium, I'd like to know what the design center would have in store for me. LOL! You know how it is! Thanks again for the videos! CJ, I have not yet worked with this builder but most builders will give you a list of their options/upgrades and prices, usually with a disclaimer that the prices are subjected to change. If a builder is not willing to give you those prices until after a purchase agreement is signed, that would be a red flag and reason to walk. Remember, you always have a choice with whom you do business.

​@@AtlantaHomesforSale It's good to know that most builders will do this. I had a completely different experience with a salesperson who was representing a builder in NC. After having visited once with a RE agent, I stopped in to see additional homes and to get an option price sheet. ALthough she was willing to give me the LIST of the upgrades and options, she was opposed to giving me the corresponding prices. When I asked why, she stated that they don't give them out because the prices were subject to change. When I explained that I hadn't planned to hold her to the prices but just needed to get an idea of them, she was still resistant. Because I was uncomfortable with the lack of disclosure, I walked. I soon started to wonder if that was an industry norm. I'm glad to see that it's not. Thanks for the advice!
