Yes, please to more videos like this! I have been diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety and it is honestly slightly comforting knowing I am not alone. I am surrounded by people who don’t understand what I go through. I’d also like to know more about PMDD. I have similar symptoms and cycle. I’ve had depression & anxiety all my life. Over the past few years things Have been a roller coaster then we lost my step mom in March and it shattered something inside of me. Made me scared somedays and somedays I live my best life. I’d love for this to be a safe place you feel comfortable and speak about whatever you feel, or need to. ❤️❤️

I think you should talk about what makes you comfortable !.. show what you like for us to see !.. but mostly take your time and don’t rush or feel anxious to post because those who love you will understand that not every day your up for it!!

Whatever you feel is what you feel and that is always ok. I myself had a mental breakdown in 1993 and it changed my entire world. But God saw me through and He will get you through this also! Just keep praying and I'll pray for you too! 🙏❤👍

You are not alone with the mental health discussion. However, it takes so much courage to talk openly about it. If you feel okay talking more about it, I’m sure others (myself included) would love to hear it. It definitely is helpful hearing someone else share their story. ❤️

I too, have been feeling down lately. I have no energy at all, I’m up sometimes until 7 am, I even take muscle relaxers to try and sleep but they do no good. When I do sleep, it’s always interrupted and then I’m just tired. The last few weeks have been miserable, I feel myself getting angry at everything and everyone. To top everything off... my uncle died last Wednesday and sent my emotions into a huge tailspin. It’s been rough, just know you aren’t alone.... 😞 hang in there, hope and pray that things will get better. ☹️BTW... your hair looks so good, I love it! 🥰

No-one would ever judge you for having mental health issues, whether you only had 1 or have 5. You’re incredible and no-one would ever think you’re ‘nuts’ or ‘crazy’ as you put it. Mental health is real and I’m so glad you’re feeling more yourself now ❤️ ps always watch your videos, absolutely love your make up and personality!

You are the 3rd person talking about the tiredness in the past few days (I'm one of them too). I feel extremely tired for over a week, moody, and no energy or no reason to move my butt off the couch, and I do sleep a lot. I've improved my diet, now I'm always having a side of salad or raw vegetables with my meals, I eat fruits and also take vitamins, which should improved my energy levels and my mood, but didn't 🤔 . Anyway your hair turned out stunning 😍. Also love the eyelook you created 💕

Yes, I think so many would benefit from your videos. The more we talk about mental health the more it won't be seen as such a stigma to a lot of people. We all struggle, we are all human beings and no one is perfect. I love that you have been as open as you have with your life!

I just started watching your videos and the ones I saw were from like 3 years ago and I just wanted to say your skin looks absolutely beautiful and radiant. I’m so happy for you! I’ve been working on my skin as well I’ve been suffering from acne on my cheeks and neck pretty bad (at 22 years old ugh) I never had any skin issues as a kid but for some reason now I do and I finally went to the dermatologist and now have prescription creams and an antibiotic. Thank you for talking about acne it makes me feel not so shitty about my own skin issues I’ve always used filters in photos to cover it up and now I feel a little more okay and not as alone and I’m sure it helps others who struggle too! 💜

Girl you are not alone I have multiple anxiety symptoms so I know what you’re going through. Some days i am feeling ok and other days not so well so hang in dear and stay safe .
