If you could go more in-depth about your vegan journey. Where you are right now on your lifestyle/journey. How has it benefitted you? I know you've been vegan for quite some time, and I have used your videos as inspiration over the years. I love the recipe videos.

Have you ever done psychedelic mushrooms before?!🍄🍄 If so, what was your experience and what did you learn about yourself? Not sure how educated you are on this subject but studies are showing that microdosing psilocybin mushrooms can really engrave the mind and muscle connection and can really help a workout/ overall health. Would you consider microdosing and working out? Or using mushrooms as a tool to better your mental and physical health?! As far as mentally is there anything you are working on?🧠 are there any books you have read recently that are worth mentioning to others for self growth/ personal development? (If you dont read disregard this question lmfaooo) I know it's a lot and I have so much more to ask /say but I hope this makes sense😂 dope to see you are doing well and ready to start a new chapter of your life!

Big changes in life are so scary. I admire all of the times you've done so - Focusing on YT, switching focus to your own YT channel, moving to SoCal to do the show, moving on from the show, working at HCL, moving back home... What have you learned about these big life changing moments? In particular, the time leading up to the big change - the anxiety, the decision making, confidence, etc. Thanks Brett I love your content you're super motivational keep it up we miss you.

I really relate to what you’re saying about not choosing a job because it makes good money. I myself can not sit at a desk 8 hours a day. I need to be up and doing something. Of course, if I had to for a short time I would. Those that can, that’s the right place for you! I chose teaching. I’m constantly moving around and creating. I’d love to hear more about this! I think alot of people can relate to that dilemma between getting what everyone says is a “good job” vs. what’s in your heart to do. Welcome back to the East Coast!

@@brettcap Aww Ty for the reply! You’re welcome! I’m currently expecting my 3rd girl! She’s due May 20th. I’m working as a program registry clinician nurse from home in WV. I love my job, though it gets pretty stressful at times. 🙂 I’m on my way to Pittsburgh this evening because my brother got his colon removed and his white count jumped from 28000 to 31000 from yesterday to today so they are running a bunch of tests to rule out infection. He has Crohn’s and had too much scarring in his colon. We almost lost him last year due to a blockage. He has an ostomy now after his 8 hour surgery on the 5th but hopefully temporary. He’s at West Penn. We are only 11 months apart. So I’m looking forward to being there with him. Well take care! Better go before I write a book lol 🙂❤️
