Sir , I have a patient who himself is a retired MBBS doctor , he has rheumatic pain and cough from last 12 years. His cough has gone with Hyocyamus 200/ 4 dose. Then I have prescribed Causticum 50M / Single dose based on few symptoms ( 1. He has resigned from his job 18 times during his entire life due to some arguments with higher authority 2. He has warts around his neck 3. Irresistible desire for sweets , although he is diabetic. 4. He can't tolerate injustice to others. 5. Fear of dogs. ) One more peculiar symptom he has is that - whenever he tries to go upstairs or downstairs he can't walk straight , first he rotates laterally and then steps one foot ( lateral movement only ) then holds the wall with his hands and then he lifts his other leg to the next step. I have suggested him to consult you whenever it's possible. Lastly I would like to request you sir , if it's possible to guide me on this case based on the little information I was able to collect from the patient 🙏. Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated.
