You can go up the ladder. Do not need any qualifications. Only skill required is to do chatukari.... You will be very successful

I am currently working as a manager in a psu bank , i cleared ssc cgl 2022 and selected aso css, but i have taken extension for joining. I am married and have 2 kids. My husband is also in d same bank as me, ri8 now get posted together or nearby. He cant be posted in delhi for lifetime but if i join css i will be permanently posted in new delhu plus my second baby is a new born baby and i am worried delhi's pollution will affect him adversly. Also rent in delhi is too high.and i am getting much more salary in bank at present than i wud get in css as i have cleared jaiib amd caiib too. I m really in a dilemma about d ri8 thing to do.😢

Ah that's a difficult position to be in. Making a tradeoff is inevitable in your case. Staying in bank seems more appropriate right now but that may not stay the same cuz you may not get to spend time with the kids that you bore, more so as your husband is also a banker. If I were you I'd have chosen CSS as to me soundness of mind matters the most, since I'm not I can't put myself into your boots and would advise you to weigh in on all your options very carefully.

@@RamDas_Avinash_Singh it's d policy of bank that if both husband and wife are working in same bank then they easily get transferred on basis of spouse compassionate ground. Till now we both have been together coz of being in d same bank. My husband is sr manager in my bank. So that's not gonna be a major issue . And my mom lives wid me to take care of my kid as of now. My only concern is future of banking sector and workload.

You would have chosen 4200 or 2800 GP options on higher priorities to get the desired location as per your wish. By putting me in the position as you are right now i can also sense the dilemma you are feeling. But i think your current banking job is more appropriate and justifiable according to your requirements.

Leave with your eyes closed. Run away from bank jobs as soon as you get a good government job regardless of the money you'll earn. There's no point in earning more by working in a bank when you won't even have the time to spend it.
