i feel like buying hammers over artifacts or mounts is better but you're kinda betting on the fact you get something from your normal spins/pulls. i did that as well and got lucky sorta last event i got the Eye of raven from normal pulls and this time i got the Pepe mount with only 400 spins. so then i used my tokens on the hammers in shop and it boosted me massively. so its like a high risk reward depending on howmutch you spend
