Fun fact, Cazzi Opeia actually is on the team that wrote Jacqline's song as well.
Here are some fun facts about Cazzi Opeia: She wrote Jacqline's song, so she basically went to the finals two times the same heat. She was also one of the song writers for Tattoo last year.

She also co-wrote the winning song from the American Song Contest.

She also co-wrote K-POP music, for example: Red Velvet "Psycho", "Peek a Boo", "Pose", "Power up", "Mago", "Queendom", "Chill kill".

Honestly... she is better as a songwriter than as a contestant. Her REAL talent is basically songwriting because she got accolades for that.

Jacqline also wrote her own song, they did it together! 👌🏾

@@blee1997Nah, she’s great at both.
Right now, having not heard the other songs yet, Jacqline is my winner
JACQLINE 😍
Jacqline's song also reminds me of SHM's Greyhound in the bridge.
I'd love to see Sweden send something colorful and FUN! Especially since they're hosting. Its their chance to showcase that part of swedish music too! Cazzi Opeia for Malmö 💛💖

Pop is in Sweden’s DNA. Jacqueline would hence be a very good representative for Swedish music.
Waiiit loving “give my heart a break”
These are my two favorites in Melodifestivalen! I kind of hope Cazzi Opeia wins though, it’s a bit more fun than Jacqline’s song (even if I love the bass line in Effortless)
This is a duet with Jacqline and cazzi and congrats to cazzi and congratulations this is a disco party hit and Ballard and Sweden will be having a party to celebrate and it might be a disco anthem from Geoff England time and well done and send my love and hugs to cazzi
Sweden has always so many good songs ❤
Jacqline smashed it , so slick , so sexy . Omg this will be amazing on that big stage . My winner 🩷
This is the heat that Sweden showed what we can do. We don’t send sub-par stuff. Like you said: ANY other nation, either of these would be the winner. We still have half the contest still to go…
Jacqline is my winner ❤
Jacqline 👍👍👍
You should do a reactiong to klaudy's song aswell! It was amazing!

Agreed
Cazzi's song Give My Heart a Break is just Canon in D Major. It sounds just like the Pet Shop Boys' version of Go West.
Cazzi Opeia is pronounced (almost) like the constellation Cassiopeia.
You are so right 😂😂😂 it’s so Sims build mode 🤣🤣
I love cazzi following Jacquline, her song is so cute after “effortless”. What a lovely pair of songs.
Jacqline's song is such a Dua Lipa-ish! in a good way!
the string section in the cassi opeia songs kinda reminds me of pet shop boys go west for some reason
I love Cazzi Opeia so much! She's written massive songs in kpop: red velvet - psycho, Knock On Wood, peek-a-boo(among many, many others) alexa - back in vogue & wonderland bts - We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal Twice - Dance The Night Away (among many others)
Cazzi's song has had free lodging in my brain since Saturday. I don't know if it's because it's good or just catchy or both, but I can't get rid of it in my head.
I hope you will react to För dig by Klaudy. It was a great song sung in Swedish that got a "second chance" on a spot in the big finale.
Is it possible to see the songs in full somewhere, bc I don't seem to find the full performances...

You have to wait until after the final (March 9th), unfortunately. The finalists are always removed from everywhere, and no one is actually allowed to upload them anywhere until after the finals. It's so the finalists in the earlier semifinals won't get an advantage over the finalists in the later semis.
Hey!! Where did you find the performances? Cause I can't seem to find any of the finalists

They are still uploaded in the SVT page and the SVTPlay app. I just use my cell phone screen recorder to get them and listen to them on a loop until they are released (in 2 weeks) on digital platforms.

I'm playing sims on my computer and watching this on my phone, when you said "It's giving sims" I was like 💀 Jacqline FTW
OMG, I CANT UNHEAR THE SIMS BUILDING MUSIC NOW WTF
Please Sweden send Cazzi to esc!😂😂😂😂
“It’s giving me sims” 😂
Hehe, she's called Cazzi
I love all the songs, BUT I feel like Sweden tends to play it a little too safe for me… I wish they would step a bit out of their “formula” you know? It’s not the same diversity as other national finals…but maybe it’s a me problem, I just feel like they always send something poppy and slightly generic to the finals of eurovision, a little too radio friendly?? Like it’s not bad by any means, just a bit too simple for me to the point I get tired of it, but they both had outstanding performances and I can see the talent!

I agree with you. I am swedish by the way... I guess we have the generic pop curse... it's just who we are it seems

It's hard to not chose a generic pop song, all songs are. It's just pick the best generic pop song out of the bunch lol. Of course there are other genres out there like some ballads, country, EPA-dunk, afro-beat n' rock but it's only 1 % of people or less who represent them. I'm not kidding, litterly everything is pop or a version of pop. Even our rock have a splash of pop in it because it's Mello and for some reason SVT promote pop music way more than any other genre out there and they are at fault for always giving us the same formula, having the same songwriters, allow the same artists to return over and over and over again like we didn't have other people at all. We do love a good schlager/pop song, but by now even we are getting tired of it but what can we do, we get what we'll get.
