    I like the sauce, it is really packed with a lot of nutrients and protein, the mushroom you added make sense. The sauce will also be good for even fufu. Enjoyment guys

    Thank you @ CHEENDO for your comment. We need to bring back this community love which is phasing out in our contemporary society. In the typical villages I know it is still there but we need to embrace this sankofa way of togetherness. Eating togetherness is a way of bonding but so called urbanization and westernisation is killing our culture.     Nice one now correct your mistakes- 1) never use plastic bag instead use napkin why because it will leech into your food and as man lead to prostate cancer and other health issues 2) avoid table salt and use sea salt since table salt is just full of chemicals like aluminium, anti-caking agents etc 3) Standing and eating bad habit. Remarks - well done keep it up 95%
