Well i wasnt ready for a fact that capybaras are so monstrous creatures. I hope the final boss is not a frog in a cape.

Yeah this level drove me nuts on the original. I didn't have this wonderful tool that you use. I just had a pencil and graph paper. I hate the intersections that turn you around. Got me lost so many times. I had to keep casting the location spell.

Also cast Maporfic if you have it. +4 AC to party until you get back to town

Thanks for the tip!

I've been playing PC Wizardry... I was getting into it until I got to level 3, mapped it out, got killed by traps, got back down there, encountered something like 21+ ninjas and they decapitated almost all my key party members. Haven't gone back. Revived one of them successfully, but now I'm out of money. Can't really find info about how to avoid decapitation. Don't fight them?

Yeahhh the ninjas are super difficult with their poison and high numbers, I'm just running from all of them now. I'm finding Floor 3 is really brutal if you don't use save states.
