NintenTwister Wrath of cortex was good so I wouldn't say that, it was a proper crash game like the original 3. Warped was my first, and will always be my favourite.

Quite impressive for a DS game to have such clear voice acting.

When talking about the DS port, at least. As for the console ports, realistically, Mind Over Mutant is MILES better than Crash of the Titans... Unfortunately, you have the stubborn 'stuck-in-the-past' fanbase to contend with. Quite annoying, really.

Clok-Roo, The Primordial Mind Over Mutant is better yeah. If you mean the console versions. The only issue really is backtracking.

***** Yeah that's what I meant - the DS version of Mind Over Mutant is garbage! I'm still not a massive fan of MoM and CoTT on the consoles, but they're not awful games.

I actually must say I really liked the DS version of Titans. It felt like it was trying to be like the console version, but at the same time with the classic Crash feeling and atmosphere. We've got classic items such as crate, crystals etc. but at the same time the titans and redesigned characters as in Titans. If they'd just not made the levels drag on so much and put a bit more effort into the bosses this game would have been a fantastic Crash game on the DS.

I completely agree! I think having maybe two more levels but having them be slightly shorter would be perfect. I feel the same way with Spyro: A Hero's Tail. Too many repeating challenges and some later levels are slightly too big. When it would be better to have more levels.

A few more levels which you unlocked by collecting gems would be a nice reward, similarly to the secret warp room in Warped. Right now there's not really an incentive to collect everything, outside of the 100%-ending which I've heard isn't all that great. Regarding A Hero's Tail I never really felt the levels dragged on or got repetitive, but I'd like to have seen some more side-objectives in the game like how we had these orb/dragon-egg challenges in the originals. The minigames in A Hero's Tail were pretty repetetive, especially since you had to complete each twice for both rewards.

I'm liking the clear screen layout, nice work!

It's funny. I always watch your let's plays on my TV while I do things. This morning while I was getting ready for college, I had been watching your CTTR let's play and it made me wonder what your next step in Crash would be. Looks like I got my answer.

Wow, this game looks closer to earlier Crash games than the PS2 version! Notably closer to Crash Tag Team Racing.

I feel like this is using the same sound effects from Crash Tag Team racing for the jumping, attacking and even the pickup sound. Just an observation :P

If you go into the sound test, most of the sound effects basically are from CTTR. There are even some from that game that aren't even used outside of the sound test.

I haven't seen it; I'm a bit past Nickelodeon shows now as I'm 20, but I still do enjoy Drake and Josh whenever it's on.

5:01 really bothers me that they used theses rounded tree textures on the ground as grass.

The DS version of this game looks decent, and different to the console versions, and also I heard about the DS version of Mind Over Mutant as you mentioned, everything seems to be downgraded compared to this

Trevor Oubre my DS battery died so I had no reason to keep it or the game

oh no.... not this game! I played it many years ago & it is so much better on ps2! I remember I never got 100% because some of the stuff was impossible to find😅

This actually doesn't look half bad, at least this version doesn't. Too bad the terrible character design nearly overwrites all the good with this game. I like the comedic style they were going for.

O dear god no... Those people who say Twinsanity was really bad (which it wasn't mostly) should play Titans + Mutants, to see what "really bad" in Crash games truly means. Although this DS version looks a lot better than those made to PS2. Wtf they've done to AkuAku, just damn you people...

Congratulations on picking the worst version of the game.

I literally couldn't disagree more. Just played through most of it and I enjoyed it much more than the Wii and GBA versions. This feels the most like a Crash game to me with gems, crystals and some of the level design. You don't have to watch it though if you're not a fan of it, and that's fine of course.

Well, it does seem like the developers tried to make it more like the classics. However, that was not the original intention. That, and the PS2 version was simply more competent.

The interesting thing I noticed is honestly, this seems like it could be somewhat modeled after Twinsanity and maybe wasn't originally a "Titans" game. Like they have the Nitro detonator in later levels and the N-Gin level looks like Twinsanity. It's quite interesting.
