@aThanat0s My take it on was that the whole game was to fill the plothole in Chrono Trigger on what happened to Schala after being left behind in the Ocean Palace, and the entire relevant plot of the game is dumped on you all at once in the last 5 minutes before you go fight the Time Devourer.

Lavos is a jerk, so it'll always cast the opposite element of whatever goes next in the sequence. Basically, I always cast a Yellow element and then a Red element to bait Lavos into casting Yellow (the next one is Green), because you can only realistically get 5 in a row off before Lavos gets a turn in to screw you over. Once you get the first 6 casted up to White, Lavos gets stuck in a paradox because there's no opposite to the Chrono Cross, and will sit there until you end him..

@bitbucketcynic I hated doing the last boss off the clock, but it took like 20 minutes (at fast-forward speed, mind you) to get it to work. I figured I showed like 5+ minutes of him, and it's a REALLY boring and anti-climatic fight. So...I was happy with it. All in all, really happy with this LP, but the story still confuses the fuck outta me.
