Next time use plenty oil to fry the wet ingredients and it turns brown quickly before adding the dried ingredients and it cooks faster and there will be plenty oil on top

You can either keep on the shelves or refrigerate it won't go bad but remember to always use a dry spoon when taking some out. You can enjoy with rice or even pasta and kenkey or banku.
