I wanted to let you know, I just finished cleaning up a load of Barbies, and fixing up a dollhouse for my granddaughter. I couldn't have done it without your tips and helpful videos. You had plenty of inspiration for every room. Thank you for all the advice!!!

Cool. My 19 year old daughter has a dollhouse sadly she donated it to another little girl named Hope. She is adopted and lives with her adoptive parents and her grandmother Marie bought her granddaughter a new Barbie doll

She calls it The Le Chien Household it comes with furniture and loves it so much. My daughter has made to move dolls and wants to buy all the made to move dolls to switch her heads into I don’t know what to say but my daughter loves to play with her cousins Elsa Pierson and Ellie Pierson

Aww, that's so sweet of your daughter to donate her dollhouse. I'm still amazed how much my granddaughter loves hers. She says, come, go home. And leads me to the dollhouse lol 😂

Barbie Extra is so underrated. At 1st glance, I didn't care for them. But then I saw reviews, restyles, so got a couple. Restyled myself, ended loving them. Got a couple more. They had metal looking jewelry, decent outfit pieces ( maybe not best together, but mixed with others ). Nice long saran hair on most.

@@jackiecook8753 Exactly the pieces are crazy together, but they’re great rearranged! And most of them have unique molds! I only collected the brown/black/Asian ones because that’s what I collect. But lately all bets are off… I’ve been slowly getting the Millie ones too.

Okay, the dolls aren't bad. Might add them to collection. So nice to see the fashion pacs have better color pallets. The denim print is a nice touch. As for the shirt and jumper being one piece, time to get the seam ripper! 😊

Lol I had a golden dream barbie, she had gold wires in her hair & came with a plastic "curling iron" so you could style her hair. The outfit was so stiff too! My cousin had 1 too & we would spend hours trying to curl the hair 😂

Okay, you had some difficulty with quick curl hair, I practically have PTSD.(I literally cringed when Toya mentioned quick curl.) I loved brushing my dolls’ hair, but the wires would tangle in the brush, and then tangle with the other wires, making the hair a permanent mess. I was able to get one doll’s hair into a messy version of the classic 60s large curl at the end hairdo, but the other doll had to get a cut almost as bad as Weird Barbie.

I Wait for Toya to post videos every single day lol

Thank you for your videos and reviews! They're very comforting. Looking at these details (clothes, hems, face screenings) makes me think of being a child in the late 80s/early 90s. People say this a lot, but seriously, the clothes back then were so much better in terms of quality! To be fair, we're lucky now to have MTM bodies, more interesting facial expressions, and a lot more diversity. The overall poor quality of clothes and accessories bums me out though.

Good tip on the MTM body type for the gold outfit. Im gonna add some material/ lace to the bottom of the pants so they look like longer pants. Or cut them to look like cropped pants. Im inspired by your video!

My fav doll as a child was the dark haired Barbie Quick Curl Stephanie in that was in a pink granny style dress (long skirt)with long sleeves and organza ruffle trim. I loved that doll. The pattern and the black bow at the top were on the money.

TOYA: I got two ideas for the gold jumpsuit: Cut the legs shorter and you will have a gold romper. OR extend the length of the pant leg using another fancy fabric to make a heck of a fashion statement!

The barbie with the light pink plaid dress reminds me of another barbie fashionista (the one with a skipper face and teddy bear shirt with gold skirt). It's like they both can be sisters with one wearing less makeup.

Hearing the utter disdain in your voice over shiny faces, pixelated prints, lack of articulation, and UNFINISHED HEMS speaks to my soul on a spiritual level that cannot be matched. The Messed Up Curls is a theme that's almost a thing going through all Toy brands. They stuff all the Hair inside the Packaging and ruin the Style. It can not be that hard to package curly Girl Dolls, so the Curls do not get squashed! And the faux 2 Piece Clothes are so messed up. I mean, would it cost it that much more to have the Shirt to be a separate Piece?

Is there a Petite MTM Barbie that can be used for a body donor? I missed out one when it was in the last "Looks" group, when she was selling on Amazon for $9.99.

The new petite barbie looks doll matches the first doll you body swapped.
