hello friends
In this video im going to make a electric cycle using 775 motor I'm using 3 motor for better torque and speed. friends is just a experiment .but its work perfect so I make part 2 and upgrade.
materials you need to make
775 motor
angel grinder gear
bearings
80t sprocket
9t pinnion
timing chain
metal rod
2mm thick metal sheet.

Нормальный аппарат. Дешево и сурово. От 24 вольт конечно особой динамики не будет. Но едет ведь. Вперёд надо ставить такое же колесо как заднее, чтобы оно могло свободно крутиться независимо от мотора, а в тормозную ручку встроить размыкатель цепи, чтобы при нажатии на тормоз выключался двигатель. Тогда велосипед станет ещё и практичным. В целом прекрасная идея.:)

First mistake: those dc motors can NOT face any axial force and conic gears do generate it. So, in your shoes I wouldn’t expect reliability and long lasting performance.

The pto side of the motor has a ball bearing not a oil lite bronze bushing. the bb can take light radial and axial loads.

Hallo Schlaumeier ich rate dir auch einen Schutz gegen Regen zu machen auf den Motoren! Wenn es plötzlich stark regnet könnten die Motoren nass werden und einen kurtzschluß machen! Viel Glück Amigo!

Rain won't cause any major damage at all, you can even power a DC motor fully submerged underwater, if afterwards you clean it with distilled water and some WD-40, you will be fine and the motor can still last for a long time.

Cool design. I think you can add an additional three motors, it looks like there is room between the three. If you are not able to fit 6, try 4 or 5, there looks be a good bit of room to add motors in your design.

Nice project. Shame that if I tried to make it here I'd have to go through the various red tapes of registration with the road department, pay road tax and insurance for it or the police would have my hide for tanning. Here in Italy that kind of bike is considered equal to a moped and as such treated.

I'm trying to use 775 motors for a tennis ball launcher machine. I'm finding it difficult to get the exact parts needed to attach everything together and so all is aligned well. Interesting to see you use the clear tube as the coupler.

use 1 brushless..... brushed wastes lot of power.. u wont get worth out put.. i made with 4* 895.. around 1200w.. max speed 20-25kmph.. and a big noise on flat.. with 1000w brushless. im going 50kmh.. with almost chain noise
