Let's Learn English! Topic: The Yard 🏡 (Lesson Only)
Welcome to this English vocabulary lesson about the yard! In this lesson I'll help you learn over 40 words that we use in English to talk about the yard around a house. People who live in houses often have a yard. This is the outdoor area around their house with a lawn, and maybe some flowers. You'll learn English words like front yard, backyard, and side yard. You'll learn English words like lawnmower, rake, and birdhouse.
🌻🌼💐 Jen has a KZread channel too! Come and see: • #2 Snow on the Flower ...
I'll make sure to not only help you learn vocabulary, but also the phrases that we use in English when we talk about yards!
I hope you enjoy this English lesson!

Hello, nice to meet you!
It has always been my dream to own a big house with yard, it’s nice to have a place to build a little garden and relax. But it seems difficult, time consuming and expensive to maintain the lawn. Thank you for sharing many things about yard.

The only videos about this topic are on Indian channels and it's difficult to understand because they seem to speak both in English and in Hindi, not only in English.

I guess a yard is an area for different activities and a garden is commonly used for gardening (lol), like maybe raising plants 🤍
