I used to be a weightlifter in my youth. In addition to basic exercises like "snatch" and "clean and jerk", we did a lot of exercises with dumbbells and on training machines. So the lesson was very useful for me. Thank you, Bob!

Hello Bob Sir I prefer not to go to the gym instead I go to the nature that is really cool. Doing workout under the sky is far better than the roof. Excellent tutorial, Bob🎉🎉🎉 my gym is located in the top floor of the condo, which only has some dumbbells and treadmills. I went there from time to time. I prefer resistance training to cardiovascular fitness. In general, there are 6-8 sets for my daily training ,which has 10-12 repos. Thanks for your lessons!
