It may not seem like that, but it's really hard to get a touch. Athlete needs to prepare his action and then make it happen. Sometimes it takes more than a minute of clear time, so it gets really intense. Usually they don't scream on purpose, it happens automatically after the touch scored. I'm an epee fencer myself so I can proof it's inevitable to scream sometimes) Helps you relax and concentrate.
Why did Garozzo get a yellow card?

It wasn't particularly obvious from the video as it didn't show the referee giving the card. One suspects its highly likely the hit by Garozzo after the halt after Koki lost his balance and fell down during the 12-14 point.
