Nothing wrong with buying books or anything if it brings you joy, I had this thought process a few years ago about buying too much craft stuff and my mom had said to me that one day I might not have the expendable income and I could use my craft stuff then. Lo and behold a few months later I got hurt and was off work for a couple months and I lost my expendable income, but I still had my crafts and it was an escape when I needed it most.

I bought Book Lovers by Emily Henry because I saw it in one of your videos and I just found out they are making it into a movie! 🎉 So excited.

I found a free little library at my local park! I must have ran by it over a hundred times and never noticed it until I started following you. When I saw it, I had to take a picture of it and you were the only person I could tell about it! Thanks for the introduction now I’ll be on the look out to see what books are coming and going.

I also have a hard time picking up hyped books. I used to avoid them like the plague! But now, I'm trying to find the ones that I actually like. So far, I haven't been that disappointed. I didn't like Powerless either. Too much like Hunger Games and that's all I could think about while listening to it.....

Powerless by Lauren Roberts was by far the most disappointing book I read last year. I'm not going to continue to reading, the romance did not hit for me. The Seven Year Slip was also another let down for me. Elsie Silver and Lauren Asher's books are long, but they move quick to me. I can finish them in a few days lol

I feel like "The Dead Romantics" was all about grief and I didn't like that at all. "Book Lovers" by Emily Henry is another one that I felt like grief was one of the central aspects of the story line. It turned me way off. The writing, however, was great. The story lacked for me.
