What type of options we can select to enjoy same kind of Room facilities you got, like open view to safari forest? Also best month to visit? Kids are allowed to travel on open safari game vehicle? My daughter is 8Y old.

A safari is one thing I would absolutely LOVE to experience, on the top of my bucketlist! A dream! But, at 62 and not able to financially, I know all it is and ever will be is a dream...but as long as I can see videos of that beautiful land and glimpses of the country's magnificent wild animals, I am ok with those! Closest thing to being there and better than magazine pictures, ya know! Lol! Absolutely incredible video! Looks like an epic and surreal experience. We're headed to South Africa for a Safari in September and I wanted to know a bit more about your camera gear. What camera/lens combo did you use? What zoom length would you recommend? I'm debating between a huge 60-600mm and a 50-400mm that's half the weight. Just not sure how close you were able to get to the wildlife. Thanks in advance!

haha I hear you! I was scared at first too but the guides do an amazing job of giving you plenty of information as to why you're safe and keeping a very close eye on things at all times. After the first game drive, all our nerves disappeared! By the end of it, you're totally relaxed :) It's awesome!

It really is emotional, huh! Those brother lions just reduced me to tears - it was so special. I remember feeling the same way the first time I saw a lion that close but I thought maybe it was just a thing you feel as a first-timer.... but I think it's just so special it's something you can't help but feel every time! Would love to see you both get out there on safari, I think you'd LOVE it. haha noooo, as a non-meat-eater I couldn't be quite as daring as Matt!

Hi Phoebe. I am travelling to Kapama next month and wanted to understand, what travel essential are necessary to carry for 3 days game drive?

So I''m leaving for Cape Town in 10 days then going to Stellenbosch then Kruger (total 2 week trip) what do you recommend I pack? I plan to do carry on baggage only. I realize the layers: we were told beige, khaki, white etc NO black, dark blue or denim but I see you have that on? Any other ideas I would appreciate .. thank you! I love your videos! I just 'found' you guys and am now a subscriber :)
