It's not just seniors that can not afford insulin, blood testing strips... We need a cure, and it isn't the industry goal. The US government needs to fund the research and find a cure. That's taking on special interest, big pharmo. Until then, Insulin price has to be addressed.

Her announcement speech included universal healthcare and a promise that Day 1 of her admin we'd rejoin the Paris Accords and take sweeping action on climate change, if that helps. :) Amy isn't a far-lefter, but she's definitely a progressive - and perhaps more importantly, of all the candidates in the race, she is the one most likely to actually accomplish what she puts in her campaign platform. Take a good, long look at her. I think you'll like what you see. God knows Minnesota already does. :)
