It's actually his management method that keeps them behave quietly
hearing your voice is so fun. and i recognize that he is really like this carer and love the children

Good Example
The video is great with small group students. This is only example to show us about teaching. you can use this example to help your students out with you own way, if you copy exactly the way of the video show you, maybe you're not a very good teacher.
