I am just appreciating this girl for how she prepared for this talk show I mean I feel like she literally dressed for the show and I am just proud of how she expressed so openly and the way she overcame all the anxiety and depression…sending all love and hugs❤. Secondly the most thing I liked about her is accepting the fact that u r not feeling good and might need help and fight for your self si..I wish all people who are going through depression should definitely watch this episode…nth but wishing everyone a very successful and healthy life .❤ Like she said if you feel like u can’t share to someone close , talk to strangers like I did once and u have no idea how I felt so relieved after sharing how I was feeling all this time …pls don’t keep it to yourself 🙏

Its not only social media bullying but also about relationships within your family. A lot of scape-goating n favourtism goes on within a family to which leads to depression. Social media bullying is just the tip of the ice-berg which is quite tolerable coz it comes from strangers but imagine when the bullying comes from your own family members, who do you turn to?
