My father also had vehicle accident and Dr told us he will be forever handicapped and told us that even if u take to America for treatment he can’t be treated . But we never lost hope and did our part. Finally we heard about Bjagay Menchu in Paro and we took our dad there. It was surprising to see some improvement. We take him yearly,now he cooks and can take care of himself la. I suggest Phuntsho to take chance la. My father was worst than Punso and I really see chance of recovery la
