Let's Get a Closer Look | Nevada Late Season Deer (EP.2)
Ойын-сауық
Dale decides to go back to the same area he was the first day of the hunt. After not seeing the caliber of buck he’s looking for, he decides to explore new areas with high hopes of finding a buck worth chasing.

Don't listen to the negative comments, from basement hunters that just want to be entertained. I love the lack of fake stimulation, (music and fake drama). The scenery and the hunt is stimulation enough for me, because that's what it's like when you're out amongst them!! Keep it up

I like his style and commentary. I hate the videos with the funky music or music at all. I can deal with Eastmans tune but that's about it. It's not a symphony rock show or Xgames tour.
I’m really enjoying Dale as a host. Great commentary, and helpful information as to how he is processing the information gathered from his eyes.
Thanks for showing REAL HUNTING .... The hunt is interesting to watch whether or not it ends with harvesting a buck.
Great stuff Dale. Really enjoyed you sharing how you located most of the deer at a certain elevation. You really researched the area well despite never stepping foot in the country prior to hunting. Looking forward to more.
Tough Break. I think that anyone that hunts Mule Deer has had a situation like that at least once. Love the content. Helps get through the winter blues and to stay excited about application season.
Good job guys. Keep getting after it. Thanks for the motivation.
Smart not to rush that shot. Good job guys!
THAT'S THE GENETICS FOR THAT UNIT.
Nice to see some really healthy deer. Getting my blood pumping for archery season in August. I can't wait! Expecting the best, but prepared to just have fun hunting with childhood buddies again. It's not just about the harvest, that's for sure!
I'm from Southern California. That decent 4x4 in the beginning would be in the back of my truck no questions asked. Puts it in perspective being where your from and what you are use to seeing or not seeing.😜
Dale going to sleep on this trip: 1 doe, 2 doe, 3 doe... Good stuff guys, keep up the good work
Great stuff! 👍
Great video waiting on next
My Brother and I hunted a area very similar in the Rubys ,saw lots of bucks ,ended up with a 29” but no real mass .good Buck I think about 4 1/2 yr old .but the biggest we could find . Great footage of your hunt 👍
Keep up the good work 👍🏻
This guy loves counting deer...
Way to keep track of exactly how many deer you saw!
What tripod are you using?
Did this hunt take place on Public Land or did you have to draw a tag on a Limited Entry unit.?
See any Chukar….😉👊🏻
Where's that bachelor group with Captain Bushy Head?
What unit(s) were you in?
First, good hunt
Good luck finding any deer in Nevada numbers are waaaaaaaaaaaay down
I tell ya, I would go right back up to where you saw that 4x3, wind permitting. HE smelled you, but may not have seen you, so he will go back to where he was most likely. Also, if you go to pride rock, there is a saddle further up between the two ridges, it's at least 1,000 foot below the ridge tops and about 1,000 feet higher than pride rock. I can't tell how much further in it is, but I'm guessing about 1/2-3/4 of a mile. I would secondarily head up there and see if anything is using the saddle to cross the ridge... Just my thoughts for you to discard as appropriate.
Looks like area ten

Take that big 2 point out of the gene pool?

That’s exactly what I was thinking last episode. Yeah it’s a 2 point but you can say you shot the biggest one you ever saw. My uncle had a spike he was feeding in his yard. He decided not to hunt it, obviously just a spike. Told his neighbor about it so the grandkids could shoot it. The thing weighed 230 gutted, the kid certainly considers it a trophy 20 years later.
You can't beat a sandwich with some pucky on it.
alot of some good meat your passing up nice andtender does but thats what you tophy hunters do

Kind of an ignorant comment. If you're lucky enough to draw a NV tag, you make it count. Nothing wrong with taking a mature buck.
What a waste of time to watch
