@@mykamaspil6304 rbw didn't exist at the time, MMM were under Wawa Entertainment (Kim Do-hoon was the CEO, ...they had their own producers and artists to debut but didn't have a physical company), they used rba as a building (KDH was college friends with rba CEO),... anyways, after Mamamoo's debut Rainbow Bridge Agency and Wawa entertainment merged together and became RBW (Rainbow Bridge World), and they moved the company from the old building to the new building in 2015 (a year after their debut)

I love how the owner said spicy beef tartare is wheein's fav dish and how wheein knows yongsun will also like it.

Hwasa being tired hits differently when you find out her grandma was so sick and have passed away during their promotions at that time.

Wheein's gesture towards the restaurant worker when they entered is just so genuine and humble like meeting a close friend after a long time. She didn't even bow like strangers would do and went to shake her hands instead. She really is a bias wrecker and proves it from time to time ❣

it just shows she frequent the restaurant by herself, you can see Hwasa being respectful and bowing to the workers while wheein didn't bother and waved her hands then the lady extended her arm to shake her hand it just shows they are close and probably had talks before...

@@breadandbutter088 Yeah, it did, on a few different occasions LOL The most epic was the Frosted Flakes fight, back when they were trainees, I believe. They had bought groceries, and had a heated discussion on the walk home, about Moonbyul being too passive, or reserved. Byul kept insisting she wasn't capable of being more proactive, while Solar kept insisting she was. It got physical once they arrived back at the apartment. The Frosted Flakes was on the counter closest to the entrance, so they threw cereal at each other, then started throwing punches, and pulling each other's hair. They had to be separated by the maknaes LOL They've also fought over one forgetting to hand the other a cotton pad for makeup removal LMAO And it's true they didn't speak for weeks post-fight, and only interacted (reluctantly) on-stage, when face-to-face. Byul offered Solar an olive branch, by sending her cute photos of her puppy. These dorks LMAO Solar and her elder sister are quite violent when they fight. They have been known to throw vacuum cleaners, and use bug spray on each other. So I wasn't totally surprised, when she talked about the Frosted Flakes brawl LOL

I'm so glad they were able to eat deliciously before their promotion. They really worked hard for this comeback!!

Now when I watched their hard working I really wish...people who don't like mamamoo not saying anything bad at all...because they are really working fully and I wish more people can appreciate that

Their agency don’t have a strict diet for them, which is so nice. Mamamoo decide when they want to go on a diet. Their comeback was close so they all together decided to start lose a little weight.

@@username15yearsago52 they didn't say anything about their company... plus the company did force them to diet in their early days but as they gained popularity the company let them on their own little by little (also Hwasa one time had a huge fight with their CEO because of the forced diet) now they only diet right before a comeback and eat well during the promotion period

@@ayblablabla No, since 2016 they became a bit more freer, but they were still required to diet before promotion, but in 2018 it became their total responsibly if they wanted,....in their debut days they were forced to diet all the time, and in 2015 the girls especially Hwasa became more healthy in their diet instead of starving themselves (and that's after she firmly decided to embrace her curves instead and the company took advantage in styling her at the time)

That doctor appears to be a quack. He's got Hwasa on a bizarre, unhealthy, diet of two eggs and a banana then he randomly tells her to eat octopus because that's what sick cows are fed. You don't have to be a doctor or nutritionist to understand what he is suggesting is ridiculous.

To eat raw meat u have to be sure about the procedence and quality of the meat to be sure it is free of bacterias etc..usually its made with beef ..i have never heard about eating raw other type of meat specially pork as it can contain a lot of bacterias

Raw meats should be cleaned and quality. I'm pretty sure restaurants that serve them clean it at least and the the animals are farmed. Pigs and cows are hosts to specific parasites that can cause serious diseases and as a medical student I'm very cautious about it so I never really tried eating raw meat.
