It's unbelievable it's sooo cool! And ... I totally get that we should make things that WE like! But, making this for Tim to see/use is on a whole other level. Fortunately, YOU are up to the task! I love it ... and I'm in awe!!! Thank you for sharing ... I can't imagine making a video of this process and then trying to edit it down... just ... WOW! When I'm really into a project I'm doing I call it being "in the zone" ... or ... "in the flow"! It's a really wonderful place to be! Blessings!!!

It is so generous of you to share your process, Luisa. I am inspired by your deconstruction of the Ideaology pieces, like the burning of the butterfly wings, and. I love the sliding door with its spoon handle. But my favorite part was when how you peeled the corner of the book and added the bones. Yes, the overworking happens to me too, and it takes courage sometimes to keep going ahead! I'm glad you did!

When I create, I go through 7 iterations of design before I’m happy with my work. At least that’s what my hubby claims. I don’t believe him…than when it’s completed I look at the whole process and realize…he’s right! Luise, it will often take me 3 hours just to complete 1 element to be used on a canvas or page! That being said, thank you for sharing your process without editing out the frustration, I feel normal now! By the way, I’ve been a subscriber from way back! It’s been wonderful watching you grow before our very eyes!

Well, reading a comment like yours makes me feel normal as well, thank you for that! 😊 What you see in some videos that are edited and cut down to a shorter length can - in my opinion - never show the real process. It's hard for a KZreadr to decide how to do the videos. If they are too long, the people don't wanna watch such long videos, if they are edited and cut down they miss details and it seems that everything went without any struggles etc.

I so love seeing your process and just want to say Thank you for sharing... I learn so much and am so inspired. Please know that all the time this takes is valued when we see each new finished project. 💖😍

@@pergadootje I've sewn the signatures in off camera, but it's a normal hidden spine binding, you can find tutorials about that on my channel as well

Love your work. My friend and I are making a fuzzy journal inspired by your work. We love watching your videos! We can’t find a video where you show how you sew the signatures and construct the journal. Can you share that?

Thank you! The signatures are just sewn in like in every other journal as well. Each signature has only one page, because the fabric is relatively thick.

Thanks a lot! Well, imagine one or two pumpkins every 20 kilometers, perhaps a TV show where pumpkins are laying around, that's it. It's nearly not exciting. There are some children going for trick or treat. In the bigger cities it is more, but here (next to nowhere) it's like every other day in the year
