In July 2009, I was lucky enough to attend the Barbie Convention, celebrating Barbie's 50th birthday! We got so many amazing souvenir dolls! So to celebrate July 4th (Independence Day) in 2024, I thought it would be fun to take a look at this doll - and we'll check out all the rest during the month of July, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of this historic Barbie convention!

It was fun but it was a lot in a short time! I haven't made it to another one and that's probably fine LOL I hope you had a great 4th!

It has been really hard to keep these convention dolls in the box but they look so nice I just can't do it! :)

She’s pretty! As far as Goodwill I don’t think they’re too “good” because I’ve yet to find any dolls there!!! Even the one down near Hammonasset beach nothing!!! 🫣

It's super frustrating! I swear the Goodwills on the West Coast all have that giant pile of dolls. At least the few times I managed to get to them. But none of the ones around here have any for the most part!
