I'm completely blown away by this build. How it's so complex, yet relatively minimalistic and realistic looking, but still very usable for sims. It's amazing! Vibes.

I can see this in real life, it looks incredible. For ideas, I think maybe a community market? Where residents can come and sell things, that they've made, like artwork/pottery, furniture and fruits and veggies. Regardless of what you pick I know it'll look amazing.

I'm obsessed with what you've done with the park so far! Maybe you could add some of the wall/floor murals that come with city living, it would add some gameplay and a little pop of colour

Tiered fountains or pools with some tiny planted islands? No idea but this is GORGEOUS!!!

I love this! To go with the pool idea, maybe a waterfall on that steep side that goes into one of the pools?

It seems like a perfect chance to give the fountain tool a go, instead the pool tool :) I imagine modern lighted fountains in the night time. I think the Sims can't also go swim in those, but they will definitely do random push-ups elsewhere.

Those lights up on the walkway are absolutely stunning. I can just imagine little kids walking with their parents, trying to jump up to touch them.

There was an SDX drop today that came with some very useful signs and a new version of the gender neutral bathroom door, they're so perfect for community lots!

You really seem to enjoy what you do, and I appreciate that so much. It makes a huge difference to your audience (or at least me) that you always take the time you need to take care of yourself and your community. I know that can be difficult to do, and you seem to do it very well. It positively impacts your creativity and your super silly banter. ❤

The one thing that popped into my mind was that the community garden would work well with a community sign/board. The one near me has one with days you can come to volunteer etc written on it 🥰

loving this park!! i almost wonder if you could make like a skatepark with roof pieces and debug items??? i’ve never seen it done before but it gives me urban vibes!

❤loving the vibe of this place! Absolutely stunning with all the earthy tones and greenery and various levels! So cool. I would love to see an urban outdoor art area with art murals. Also maybe a rock garden with modern sculptures or rocks with fountains lit at night. Could be fun for gameplay to add an area for outdoor painting and or outdoor card game/chess area. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

You make me laugh so much. I can see fountains and those large chess pieces (light) working together perhaps. Almost sculptural. Fun with lights and fountains

a basketball court could be great in that open concrete area!

This park just gets better and better! It's absolutely stunning and it's the kind of space every community needs. I so want to be there. I think a sneaky little bbq would go down well in the community garden. Dad might like to have a sausage in bread once he gets those weeds under control.

You never cease to amaze me with your talent! Love love love your design aesthetic! The sunken stage area is amazing and the park is coming along superbly! I can’t wait until you share this so I can get some of my Sims engagement photos here! Which ties into one of my suggestions. Just like someone else mentioned, a wedding arch somewhere in the park would be nice. My other thought is near that “L” shaped raised walking platform, there seems to be a nice square area where you could put in a faux elevator. I was thinking since you had accessibility in mine for the elevated paths, a way for Sims to get down to the sunken area would be cool. And since the ramps take up too much space, a faux elevator could do the trick.

The stage area is soooooo gorgeous!! Way better than what I was picturing in my head. I love it so much!

Trusted the vis and its looking beautiful. Love a good water feature in a park, excited to see what you come up with. Waterfalls, some jumping fountains. Maybe some ducks.

Loving this park! I think it would be cool to build a bridge over the water feature that Sims can propose on! I think I am always looking for romantic spots for my sims to propose.

A lil' idea: a pretend entrance for the subway/metro, with an art mural, vending machines and a rug for the street performer U always find in those spaces

It's coming along really well!

I loove everything you did, just one note about the tile you put for the garden. It looks like it’s one continuous tile so you lose the affect of different platforms, not to mention someone would trip thinking it continues not knowing there’s a step. maybe putting a trim on the edge orrr a different tile to signal a change in height. Or maybe even different tiles for different heights.

A skate park or the item that lets your sims paint on the wall/ground would be cool. Some easels for drawing would also be nice.

during the outro of the last video i thought, "i love the splash pad area! though i probably would have sunken it down one level for drainage and avoid wet feet for sims walking by." then in this intro i see you've done just that, you mind reader!

Absolutely love your creativity & thought process! Feeling very inspired by you! Few thoughts: 1) The community garden platforms might need yellow/bright stair markers to prevent "people" from falling since the floors are all the same colours. But then again, maybe this is not important for sims hahaha 2) Perhaps a nice area for performers to get ready backstage in the band area and an an exit way for them would add to the realism.

To expand on the rock wall, maybe add other equipment around that area. Like an outdoor gym. As for the large space, I'm confident u will come up with a great plan for an urban fountain system that's architecturally interesting.

I already love this park! This isn't Sims, this should be called ✨ art ✨! Since the City Living comes with the politician carrier, I would love to see a speaking area for the politicians. In San Myshuno there is only one spot with this speaking table (?) and since you need it for the career tasks it would fit into the community lot quite nicely. I guess you could easily change the performing station in the "underground" into the table after downloading the build. But since there is so much space left down there some dubious politician would surely want to have a stage down there. 🌚 And maybe an Underground Camp for Werewolves would be cool. The Werewolf Pack comes with a door only wolves can pass (I think), so this could be like a gang hideout. Doesn't fit to the family friendly vibes of the park, but would represent the dirty cities I guess :D

I'll take all your future-potential-sims problem, I need my Aden content 😂. This park is so pretty and exceptional, I could get lost in watching you build it. It's coming along so beautifully, also love the stage area.

Might I suggest to add a thermostat to the cafe? Poor sims will freeze during winter time.

Use the waterfall wall item from Get To Work or City Living (i forgot which one) and put a long rectangular fountain connected to it making it look like it’s all one big water piece. That way the wall where the water area is going to be isn’t blank or boring. It would have a purpose.

Where you enter on the side of the cafe, you could put the i think get together wood square bin pretending it's a comport bin alongside some bug houses. Bug houses are common for kiddy focused areas as easy for kids to play care n learn for and are kept by compost area. As for ideas elsewhere what about a Japanese zen garden with meditation and yoga teaching area? There's a lot of Asian culture references in this world. With a lil pavilion to do tea ceremony or hotpot

I know i say this every time, but I'm in LOVE with this build! Is there an access ramp down to the lower area? I didnt see one. And also a bin around the community garden area would be useful 😊

Also, i feel like the area you are working on next should be a space for an urban art and farmer’s market.

Maybe a small market zone like just stalls that ppl have set up they couldn’t afford the prime parts during festivals…. I have no idea what goes in an urban park that’s all I could think off

How about a designated area for Graffiti artists, to do their art but in a legal way? That would look nice in one side to make some colour but keep with the style x

With the pool area, you could do something like those fountain show pools from Vegas.

It could be some sort of art installation monument thing, rows of pillars with names of contributors to the park’s funding with water flowing throughout? For some reason I was thinking of Epcot’s leave a legacy monuments (the old version) but those don’t have any water, I thought it was near a fountain
