Awesome habitat! My favourite part is how you did the climbable areas, but the cage itself is really cool to. I always watch your videos when I can't sleep, I find your speedbuilds so soothing, esp since you don't talk over them lol. Already looking forward to the next episode ❤️

A livestream of the build may be a nice way to show off all the effort you put into the habitats and also add some community interaction to the mix. Just an idea!

Not me watching this at 1.5 speed, with a fast-paced Beethoven piece playing in the background... It coincided too perfectly with the pathing struggle 😂 Yet another lovely build, such great attention to detail ^^

the problom with my zoo is when i get a animal i keep looking at it becuse its sooo cute :)

I recently had a similar situation with raccoons. They somehow got through the roof. I had to lower several climbing poles below.

You should make a mini restaurant near that empty spot behind the sweet cats exhibits!! So that way you make money while they get to see and utilize that spot!

Can you please do a tutorial on how you do the raised terrain habitats with the indoor viewing? For example I think you had one for your ardvaarks

Where do you find those small stones to make those fences at 18:45? I am not finding them anywhere and they look incredible!

Found that giving away Audio guides at the info kiosk for free was worth it - an initial loss, but guests donate more - so definitely worth it

You should also edit your zoo entrance! Maybe add a "hall of fame" in there for some of your most popular animals, or maybe even the "founding" animals, aka the first ones of your zoo

Its soooo beautiful but I think it was a lot of work, more maybe then we can imagine.

I had the same thing happen with all of my cats being able to jump on their roof >.> for me the problem was angled glass - for some reason they could just jump through it like it wasn't there. It was at least easily fixed but it meant that my habitats look a little bit less polished than they had been :(

What are your settings for building? I like to follow how you do things, like how you hid the feed bowls but I can never raise the ground up over it. Love your builds!!!

So, regarding the predicted visibility, I think it might be the building pieces you used with the null barrier that might be reading as opaque to the guests for some reason?

Yeah I think so 😖 so for everyone using 0 barriers and custom walls/fences this heatmap seems pretty useless 🙈 apart from telling you the guest cant see shit 🤣

How do y'all get such big animal decals? coming from someone who hasn't played since 2020 and only just getting back into this. Is there a mod that lets you resize the images?

Ooh you mean the caracal sign? They come with the packs. I dont know when they started doing that, but since a while now we get nice looking signs for all new animals in the packs 😊 And if thats not what you mean, the you are maybe just referring to pictures I made from the animals and put on billboards? 😅 But I dont think I remember doing that in this zoo 😅

In my experience, the predicted area visibility is really buggy. It doesnt seem to work well when under any cover or if you dont use barriers.

I made an indoor habitat zone aswell and was getting frustrated bc i used glass barrier instead of null and they still cant see >:(

if your guests are happy, you don't need security. guests will often commit vandalism if they are unsatisfied with their experience, or pickpocket if they feel cheated by you somehow, mostly if they don't get to see the animal or if their negative opinion is too big. in my franchise zoos, which i also decorate a lot, i never hire security since my guests are never dissatisfied. i've never run into any issues because of this. besides not hiring security because they are unneeded, security wages are also a bit too hefty for the trouble. they often walk around and do nothing while demanding good pay, so i'd rather just not hire any at all.

@@njmoonfrost6145 oh and another thing; if you're still running into too many pickpockets/vandalism, another cheap way to stop it is to put security cameras around. its cheap and acts as deterrence

@@DeLadysigner I'm not sure, I was in the zoo last month and I noticed especially indoors, that the habitat view from the guest side was always very cleen, mostly full glassfronts. But Its looking very nice, so just ignore this ! :)
