I really doubt, unless you have very good gear and/or the enemy is weak. For full rallies even if you win, there will be a big walk back,

Hey, I've seen people say cav wedge is better against inf because it has cavalry and infantry at the front. Cav phalanx on the other hand has cavalry on the front followed by range and infantry at the back. Also I wasn't sure if I could withstand his full rally with cav phalanx, if cav is annihilated in cav phalanx, the infantry would retarget range and that would be devastating

Yeah, counter research is maxed, no counter hero. The counter familiar is at lvl 50, far from elder. Inf-range and range-cav counter are at level 8 both on the familiar
