Thank you so much, Deb, for this message of release. Recently, I have gone to the image of the three monkeys - see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil. I use it differently and add the following when a flashback comes in for me to address: I say to it, I have nothing to see here, speak here, know here, feel here, and nothing to hear at all. I have come to this place from years of healing, so I let go of this ego flashback as the ego tries to survive going to the past or the future with a flashforward.

🌿🎀🌿 I fell into the sweetness, the Elegance & the spiritual connectedness of you but I'll save the gift of you for later, I'm feeling as though just under my skin itches, I can't settle, I couldn't focus on Teri's meditation, she has AnnieBear on, but even her poetry couldn't hold me. WTAF! I'll be back. Love your hair. Maybe a nap. Sleep has eluded, teased & laughed at me. LOL.. It feels like my own personal eclipse & I'm completely unworthy. Like I said, WTAF.
