Just had a thought for constant fresh water at the dog park. If you divert the smallest trickle of water from that spring to flow into a trough in the dog park w/ another diversion back to the stream. Every few days, someone can use the scrub brush hanging near the trough, while their dog enjoys the park. 😊

Once we get those lots finished I will! Right now you wouldn’t be able to make heads or tails from them, would probably confuse people more. Soon!
Just hope if that is the community there are trees around. Just wide open is not good

We’ve taken down the majority of trees and shrubs that will be coming down. May be a few more in phase 3, but nothing compared to all the slash that was in and around the lake bed. The forest has little slash or undergrowth, mostly just tall mature pines which we want to keep as many as we can (prob 75-100ft tall on average)

So I have a question. Are they allowing more of a "customized" home again now? Or do you HAVE TO purchase one of his, like the incredaBOX?

Any new ITH home will work here, production line, model line or custom home. If it’s on the larger size, just let us know asap so we can make sure we have a lot that will work 👍

Dollar General down the street has pretty much everything you need, but for larger shopping or more selection, the closest grocery store is probably Piggly Wiggly near Gurley, about 10 min away. Otherwise Publix & Super Walmart in Hampton Cove is 20 min away. Super Target, Aldi, Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, etc 5-10 min further in Huntsville
When will the infrastructure begin ? I’ve just seen the work around the lake so far ?

Infrastructure work is in progress for phase 1, nearly complete. Phase 2 will begin shortly, after this weather clears out and we get the sewer permit

The nice thing is, being the South, this won't last but a day or two. The cold snap might last a week, then its back in the 40's and 50's.

For now… will be back into the 50s next week with no sign of snow or ice anywhere… enjoy it while it lasts!
