3:15 - Its a Gsus2 cause you're playing a G (root), D (fifth) and an A on the G string (which is a 2). Because you're playing a triad (three note) chord with that 2 note instead of a third which is typically played in a triad chord (usually consisting of 1-3-5 notes respectively), we call it a "suspended" chord because it's not created with a third involved. Technically its a F#sus2 because the guitar is tuned a half step down but we're not gonna do that because this ain't jazz. Edit: You could also call it a Gsus9 because the A you're playing is 9 steps of the major scale away from the root note you're playing in this instance, but again, not jazz so take it or leave it. Hope this helps any players wondering about that chord, sus chords are PERFECT for adding texture to what we hear played 99% of the time
