What is the truly amazing about the show is that Sam Reid and Jacob Anderson seemed like they really enjoyed themselves doing the show. They loved playing Lestat and Louis!

God, what a piece!! So horrible and utterly irresistible!! A scene here reminded me of what’s written in the book The Vampire Lestat.” Many of us loathe Lestat in the scene after Lestat seduces Antoinette at home in front of Louis. Later Louis sees that it is not her body that Lestat is burning in the incinerator.When Louis asks,”Aren’t I enough?” Lestat bursts into laughter.At some pint in the book Lestat states that he has always had an uncontrollable ,inappropriately timed outburst of laughter when it was most wrong. Lestat’s inappropriate laughter when Louis expresses emotion could likely be his “uncontrollable laughter.”Interesting book tidbit!
