Hebrews is amazing. Thank you for sharing words of wisdom in addition to those of Pastor Begg. Please pray for our former pastor, our interim pastor and their families, and the future of our little church in San Salvador. We will need a new associate pastor if the one we have, the interim pastor, becomes the pastor.

There is only true God and he is God the father!!!! Jesus is the son of the one true God!!!!!
This spring someone asked me about this very topic of the fig tree. I gave it thought but didn't come to a conclusion until I read the next passages. so Pastor Begg, I am very interested in you lesson of the fig tree. So far you are somewhat confirming of my own conclusion.
A Japanese engineer decided Tokyo needed a larger airport. As there was little space available on land , it was decided that it would be best to build it in Tokyo Bay. He then, with the help of others, began to move a mountain and place it in the sea. "If you believe in your heart, and doubt not, ye shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea, and it shall be done." [paraphrased] Looking forward to that cup of coffee.
Should be called Come wine with me....
Consider the people of Israel are sometimes represented as figs on a fig tree (Hosea 9:10, Jeremiah 24), or a fig tree that bears no fruit (Jeremiah 8:13).
