Leah was content.. despite her circumstances... what a lesson. It is so hard, isn't it! Especially when are are around a community of seemingly perfect people. God considers the heart and he thinks a quiet and content heart is precious . That has to mean more to us than getting our needs and wants met. :-(
Poor Leah....it is heartbreaking . But based on the names she chose for her sons, she did have a spirit of contentment and offered praise to god.We tend not to do that when we are in the flesh. She did a better job than I do in a similar situation.
